| Chris Kelly joined the National Probation service in 1989. Initially in Lincolnshire she moved to Nottinghamshire in 1991 and began working in county teams. For 4 years she was a Senior Probation Officer managing the Bassatlaw team at the time of the Heroin enquiry.
Chris joined Nottinghamshire County Drug and Alcohol Action Team as the Drug Interventions Programme Manager in 2004 when Nottinghamshire County rolled out as a Drug Interventions Programme phase 2 area.
She currently sits on the National steering group for User Led Peer Support Services and have been involved in delivering Drug Interventions Programme training for the DIP /Home Office/ BME Community Engagement Projects led by University of Central Lancashire School of Health and Ethnicity.
