| Professor Mike Hough is Director of the Institute for Criminal Policy Research, School of Law, King’s College London. The Institute has a staff of 15, carrying out policy research for government and independent funders. He has published widely on topics including sentencing and attitudes to punishment, policing, drugs and anti-social behaviour.
His current work includes research on sentencing, evaluations of intermittent custody and of programmes for drug-dependent offenders, and research on police-community relations.
