| Paul has been Chief Executive of the National Treatment Agency (NTA) since its creation and senior officials in the Department of Health and Home Office on all issues in relation the lead advisor to the NTA Board which is responsible for shaping the NTA's strategic implementing the agency's work programme.
Prior to joining the NTA Paul worked for the Probation Service for over 20 years.
